TURNAROUND
Our team are very efficient and can usually get an order made up within a two week turn around period. At particularly busy times, this could be up to a maximum of three weeks. If it was going to be any longer, due to high demand, this would be brought to your attention at the time of placing your order.

Rush orders may be possible through consultation, for a small extra fee. Please message us through our contact page if you require this service, or add a note when placing your order.
SHIPPING
The shipping company we use is Toll NZ. Toll are a professional courier company that ships anywhere within NZ, from Kaitaia to Bluff.
Shipping is calculated according to weight and cubic metre. Shipping will be calculated with your order and added to your invoice.

Overseas shipments may be possible by negotiation. Please message us through our contact page to discuss.
RETURNS
If for some reason your order was to arrive faulty, we would be happy to offer a full replacement.

Replacement parts are also able to be purchased for all items. In most cases these will be provided FREE, through consultation, with a future purchase.
SAFETY
We pride ourselves on making products that are not only environmentally conscious, but safety conscious as well. All materials provided by nature are thoroughly washed prior to production so they are delivered to you with the utmost standards of hygiene.
